Saturdays  8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sundays  10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Auto Value - Bemidji is owned by Automotive Parts Headquarters.  APH owns 66 Auto Value stores through-out Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan.  It's company warehouse is located in St. Cloud, MN.  John Bartlett is the company President and Corey Bartlett is the Executive Vice President.

Historical Facts

The company was established by Ray Riley and Aime Pouliry in 1920 under the name National Bushing & Parts Company in Minneapolis, MN. A second store was opened in St. Paul, MN in 1925.

1926 found the bushing manufactering part of the business sold off allowing for a store in Rochester, MN in 1927 and a store in Mankato, MN in 1928 and by the mid-thirties, there were also stores in Fergus Falls, MN and St. Cloud, MN.

In 1938, Jack Bartlett joined the company as a janitor, eventually making his way to store manager and then financial partner in several stores.  Under his tenure, the company saw rapid growth and the acquisition of Minnesota Parts Headquarters, ultimately becoming Automotive Parts Headquarters.

In 1972, the distribution center was moved to its current location in  St. Cloud, MN.

Jack Bartlett passed away in 1976 and his son John stepped into the role of President.

APH joined the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance in 1986.  As a member the company uses the Auto Value brand, drawing strength from the coalition of independant aftermarket companies throughout North America.

In 2002, APH launched an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which today owns 1/3 of the company.
